About Spatha

Spatha was started in late 2013 as a forward-thinking and flexible company that could provide specialized solutions, cutting-edge training, and consultation to organizations and individuals who needed to manage risk in the private, law enforcement, and military sectors.

As Spatha grew, so did its mission and capabilities. In 2017, the president of Spatha, Jonathan Grosso, left another investigation and intelligence company that he was managing to create a new division of of the company; Spatha Investigations & Risk.

Spatha Investigations & Risk, a division of Spatha, LLC, is a technologically savvy, performance driven, and aggressive service of process and private investigations/intelligence company headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Spatha offers its compliance oriented service of process and legal support services to creditor’s rights law firms and financial institutions throughout the United States. Spatha’s intelligence services are offered to law firms and insurance companies in need of litigation and claim support as well as businesses and venture capital/financing firms who want to increase their due diligence efforts.
